Sandwich Method is a kind of hair wash routine which starts with a conditioner or hair mask instead of shampoo. The process is CONDITION - CLEANSE - CONDITION.
Unlike the reverse hair washing technique that you condition before shampooing, sandwich method seals the hair with another conditioner before rinsing.
