Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern: MRCHU and LBFRC On the PRC and Black Hills Sub May 27-28, 2024

While driving over to Rapid City from Huron on Memorial Day, I ran into the MRCHU just east of Cottonwood headed east. I would first catch them at the Philip siding between Cottonwood and Philip, then again, a couple miles west of Philip. Unfortunately, the Rapid City crew tied the train down just outside of town, preventing me from seeing it one more time.
