We also grow & roast our own coffee beans ☕️ We prioritize sustainability, using ingredients grown on site, getting what we can from other local farmers, and sourcing fish and meat from the islands for fresh, delicious & healthy dishes!

🛏️ Enjoy maximum comfort during your stay with our 10 recently renovated standard & superior rooms, all featuring private on-suite bathrooms & air conditioning. Personally decorated by owner Judy, the rooms feature art & decor from local artisans. Relax and recharge by taking a swim in our large pool, sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine, or doing yoga or laying in our hammocks in our covered outdoor poolside lounge ✨

🌳 We offer plenty of activities at the lodge to keep you entertained! You can set your own pace and explore the vast property by hiking our trail, or going bike riding to a stunning local beach. You may see giant tortoises along the way! You can learn about our agricultural projects on the property by visiting our small artisanal cheese factory that makes award-winning mature cheese, or enjoying our fresh chocolate making experience! We have a cacao plantation on the property where we grow the well-known fine Arriba Nacional cacao. Chocolate was first discovered in Ecuador and we’re proud to share the history 🍫
