1950 Jo Stafford - Sometime

On the flip side of Jo’s top-10 hit “No Other Love” was this sentimental 1925 waltz, composed by bandleader Ted Fio Rito and legendary songwriter Gus Kahn. Its 1950 revival was headed by the recording made by the group The Mariners, who were then being heard daily on the Arthur Godfrey morning radio show (their version here:    • 1950 HITS ARCHIVE: Sometime - The Mariners   ).
