"Haijin" = Man I've explain so many time but... It means "cripple/maniac" but is adapt to gaming culture. It's like someone who is so obsessed with hatching eggs and getting a perfect team that it's almost a disorder.

"NAU" = Twitter lingo. Derived from the English word "now" and is used in the same context.

The "you" in this video is addressing the viewing, or the challenger.
