Today's quick easy no bread no sandwich lunch box idea uses scotch egg, cocktail sausages, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, bread sticks, philadelphia, cherry tomatoes, cucumber chunks, mini belvita - basically anything that could be made into a healthy lunch box in moments! And I could find in the fridge, or cupboards, that fitted the brief! Maybe next time I will put the timer on and time how quick this lunch box idea was to make!
