So this gorgeous song was written for KENREX by John Patrick Elliott and it’s been in my mind and in my headphones since I saw the show for the first time last month. It punctuates Trena’s heartbreaking story so beautifully and it’s just so lovely to sing. I got my very talented brother to play guitar for me, the first time we’ve ever performed something together so that’s cool!
