These are "the dipswitch" used to change tactics and modes (XMotion has a 3-way dipswitch, providing 8 different modes), "the button" (can be used for start-stop), and the interface port and microstart connection for modern robotics competitions that uses remotes for start & stop.
Both the button and Dipswtich are digital input elements, and in this way we define and query them in the Arduino interface. What you need to pay attention to here is that we do not set these pins as a software pull-up in the setup.
When integrating the starter module into the robot, you will need to remove, delete the line of "the software pull-up" on the pin that is common with the button.
