DON'T Do This To Santa Claus In Escape From Tarkov!

I had friends tell me they had encountered Santa and he opened fire on them, so even when I realized it was him, I fired. They also told me they didn't lose rep.

I find out later, they ran into "Ded Moroz" who aggroed on them and they lost no fence reputation for dropping him. I confirmed this watching another stream too, where the streamer took out "Ded Moroz" and lost no rep.

Meanwhile, I got Santa Claus and lost a full point of rep with Fence for taking him out...

UPDATE: January 3rd, 2025
Last night I got Ded Moroz and lost 0.2 rep, dropping me down to 6.0.
I got Santa a couple more times last night after that and did not lose rep.
It appears that if you're over 6 Fence rep, you will lose rep for killing Santa AND Ded Moroz, but only down to 6 rep.
