This is a follow along video to compliment the "Qigong for Face, Neck, Head and Throat" workshop held at our main school in Colorado Springs 2018.
It is recommended to not practice any of these movements without being personally taught as well as an understanding of what you are doing and why you are doing it to avoid any confusion or injury.
