Dry Tamarind - 1 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Crystal Salt - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 cup
Gingerly Oil - 1.5 cups
For dry roast powder
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 2 tablespoons
For Frying
Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon
Chana dal - 1 tablespoon
Urad dal - 1 tablespoon
Dry chillies - 20
Curry leaves - handful
Hing - 1 tablespoon
