Kuhan Pushparatnam, known on social media as @morethanatremor , spent a career in the mobile phone Industry but 10 years ago he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He's using his expertise to find new ways of measuring his symptoms and monitor his condition and here he explains to Rory Cellan-Jones about his plans for a smartphone app which would give "Parkies" the ability to do the same, Up until now there've been plenty of apps designed for clinicians treating Parkinson’s but very few for patients. So I for one am looking forward to getting hold of this one.
