This rice cooker modification allows you to cook anything with minimal electricity consumption. You set the time to boil according to the amount you cook. The rice cooker will switch to 80 W simmering power (vs the standard 40 W warm power in a normal rice cooker). This keeps the food simmering until you unplug the rice cooker. You can also deep fry and bake.
