We are diving into Nioh 2! I’m joined by my co-op partner for a first look at the sequel. We’re attempting to master the new Burst Counter and Yokai Shift mechanics before we lose our minds (and all our Amrita).
The Cat Cams are live and spinning, featuring our ginger and white tuxedo ninja. He isn't the protagonist, but he is definitely the one in charge of quality control—meaning he’ll be judging every time I mistime a dodge and get sent back to the shrine.
In tonight's session:
The "Sanity Check" Tutorial: Learning how to not die immediately.
Co-op Chaos: Two players, one goal, and a lot of accidental falling off ledges.
Feline Oversight: The ginger ninja is keeping a close eye on my Ki bar and my dignity.
