Billie Eilish Custom Doll Makeover

Hey! In this video, I'm giving this Billie Eilish celebrity collector doll a makeover! This has been one of my most requested doll makeovers even before the official Billie Eilish doll was released! The official doll is styled in her "Bad Guy" music video look. (I do a quick doll showcase of her in the video as well!) I wanted to make a Billie Doll with her current neon green and black hair, so I rerooted and dyed her hair and gave her a new outfit option as well.
