I’ve only been on the water three times and my controller has been charged the whole time. After the last session, it was running low so I went to charge it. I thought I would just have to line the dot up with the charger and that it would start charging. Actuality, the controller has to be on and the Docking Circle, has to be blue. The short video shows the almost intuitive reason why your controller may not be charging. You may only make this mistake once but once is enough, especially when you just want to get back on the water.
