Constructed in 1982, the One Citizens Plaza housed several different banks over the years, such as KeyBank. Currently, the building is occupied by First Merchants Bank, who relocated from the Anderson Tower, which is the tallest building in the City of Anderson. The elevators were installed by Westinghouse with AE Fixtures. Both of them run perfectly and appear to be regularly maintained. Both are in great shape, as well.
