One of the hardest things about changing an insulin pump site for me is finding a way to do so while keeping my young children busy! I've found that one of the best things about the Omnipod 5 is it is so easy to insert! So easy, I often do mine sitting in bed while entertaining my toddler (I'm very careful with the sharps). With other pumps, I'd have to sit at the table while the tubing fills (this can actually take quite a bit of time) and my young kids would fuss and cry for me.
I hope this video proves to you how easy it is whether you just got your first Omnipod 5 or you are interested in one. This is not the current pump I use, but this easy process and the fact that it is tubeless makes it a great option for many diabetics!!
