Breathe in time with the Mikasa Ackerman and find inner peace in The Paths.
This is a simple 4 6 breathing exercise, breathing in for 4 seconds, holding for 1 second, breathing out for 6 seconds and holding for 1 second.
This breathing exercise is designed to slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure, and promote calmness, making it perfect for easing anxiety and preparing you for a restful night's sleep after watching the Final of Attack on Titan.
Repeat the breathing exercise as much as necessary.
