No power to inside fuse box.
No power to obd port no power to radio no power to back system
No power to cluster no power to horn.
Power to the dome light power to foot pedal
Only.. fuse ok relays ok.
What u saw was fuse box under the hood been moved or worked on the fuse link on battery missing and Jimmy rigid it but it have three fuse link that starter alt and ut have a Amp from battery to fuse link..
When u by pass those fuse link you burn thing up if there a Amp spike. So it burned parts because over power a system.
Dealer or donor car item only.. no parts store carry this part. So when those link blow it a reason why.. 100 Amp to 250 Amp fuse. That missing and the Amp reg on top of the battery post.
Customer had a street tech work on the car.
Beside that car over heating. Head gasket leak compression side into the coolant system.
Fix is repair the battery wires Amp and links that are missing to get power to the cab fuse box..
Test every fuse with tester and to make sure toke each fuse out one by one and found one fuse blown that control the gas pedal. Everything else dead..
When u short system out due to the other tech Jimmy rigging the car. Don't know it full story.. but street tech at it again..
