A video walk through of a lathe that I just bought. One correction, I said I have $225 in it, not entirely true. I bought a quick change tool post and accessories from www.shars.com for $200. Money well spent to save a lot of time. I also sold the old tool posts and tools for $75 and the countershaft pulley for $30 on Ebay, bringing my total to $120 before upgraded tooling. The Baldor motor is a 1 hp and I acquired it for free. I will be changing the adjustable belt to a fixed length belt soon, I just need to take the spindle out to do so. More pictures of my shop here:
