What's Happening in Dallas: Klyde Warren Park and MAJOR UPTOWN DALLAS Updates

Welcome back to What's Happening in Dallas! There are three major development projects are currently underway in Uptown, Dallas. First, Klyde Warren Park is undergoing a $100 million expansion, which will include new infrastructure, such as a highway tunnel, and enhancements to existing features like a larger fountain and upgraded areas for children and pets. Meanwhile, in Uptown, the Bank of America Tower at Parkside is set to break ground in October. This 30-story, 500,000-square-foot office tower will offer luxury amenities and provide prime office space for Bank of America, the building's anchor tenant. Lastly, the NorthEnd development, set to begin in 2025, will transform an 11-acre site into a mixed-use community with office and residential spaces, as well as a $21.5 million urban park.
