Northwest Territories Premier R.J. Simpson met with Prime Minister Mark Carney earlier Friday, for the first time since Arctic funding was announced in the budget. The two discussed how and when the premier is hoping the billions of dollars earmarked for Arctic infrastructure in the 2025 budget will be directed.
