I’ve been in pain for years and have occasionally mentioned it in my videos. My doctor finally sent me for an xray and it was found I have several chronic compound fractures in my lumbar spine as well bone spurs in the sacral part of the spine and degenerative disc disease. My mother’s side of the family has experienced this so I shouldn’t be surprised, but I was. I’m especially surprised at the fractures and that is what my doctor is most concerned about. I’m being sent for a bone density test to make sure I don’t have osteoporosis. My mother has that so it is a possibility. But I think the fractures happened from a fall years ago that caused my back to hurt for months. We shall see but I’m remaining optimistic and focused on strengthening my back muscles.
