Is the Lone Ranger still the Lone Ranger if he stays in one town and has a secret identity, a plucky girl reporter, and a recurring millionaire villain? Mileage may vary. Nonetheless, Chad Michael Murray and Nathaniel Arcand make an energetically boyish team, Anita Brown is unforgettable as Tonto's sister, and the slick direction by Jack Bender (The Institute), scored with contemporary rock tracks, will return you to those thrilling days of yesteryear — of 2003.
This movie is available on Youtube elsewhere, but after making this VHS capture for myself, the results looked sufficiently better that I thought I would share it.
