Planting Summer Vegetables + Quick Renovation Update

Hi everyone! For this week's video, we went to our Saturday open market to buy some vegetable seedlings. We got eggplants that are perfect for making caponata. We also got a few crunchy cucumber seedlings and sweet onions. Micah helped me sow seeds as well, which are mostly my favourite Philippine veggies. I haven't tried growing them yet, but hopefully they thrive on the Italian soil.

Also, a quick update on the house renovation. We are nowhere near yet, but it's always good to see small progress.
