Creative Solution for Gaping Sweetheart Neckline in a Formal Dress

This short video will show one way that you might use to fix a sweetheart neckline that is sort of 'flappy'. The dress just won't conform to the wearer's chest/bust area. This method is used when there are appliques that can be removed and replaced. There are other methods that would be more favorable to a dress that has a smooth front, but this video is particularly for one that has lace or appliques that are sewn on top of the main fabric.
