T-back jou = "jou" means "shape" so this basically means "T-back shaped / Thong shaped" (Thank you Arrow Bow for the explanation!)
*btw, the person who commented "Kuzuha, you're cute even if you're on your rebellious phase" is seiyuu Nobunaga Shimazaki! (he's close friends with kuzuha (and also a fan of himawari!))

also, like what i said with my previous video, i absolutely have no knowledge about pokemon games so i tried my best to translate kuzuha's excuse- i mean, explanation lol
