Thank you for joining us as we continue our first ever cruise with Princess Cruises on the stunning Sky Princess. Our cruise was a 7 day trip around Western Europe calling at the ports of La Rochelle in France followed by the ports of Bilbao and La Coruna in northern Spain before heading to St Peter Port on the beautiful island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands on our way back to Southampton.
In this episode, day 5, we visit our penultimate port of the cruise, La Coruna in northern Spain. It was the first time we had visited and it did not disappoint. The weather was stunning and we spent a few hours just exploring the port area including experiencing the beautiful views from the beach and wandering up and down the many streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the small market area very close to the port that offered a variety of local crafts souvenirs.
