Life, history, and culture of Native Americans in North America.
In North America, the indigenous people we knew as Indians, had slightly different ways of life on the climate and regional characteristics, had different house structures, and maintained colorful languages and customs.
The world they saw was a circle, and people , animals, plants, and even inaminate objects were all connected within it. Patterns and materials inspired by nature are clearly visible in the clothes and dishes made by those who emphasized eco-friendly living.
The indigenous people's worldview is also clearly reflected in the dances and ceremonies that unite the community.
북미 대륙 윈주민들의 삶과 역사, 문화.
북아메리카에 우리가 인디언으로 알던 원주민들은 기후와 지리적 특성에 따라 삶의 방식이 조금씩 달라, 집 구조도 다르고 다채로운 언어와 풍속을 간직하고 있었다.
그들이 바라본 세상은 둥그런 원을 이루고, 그 안에서 사람, 동물, 식물, 심지어 무생물까지도 모두 연결되어 있다고 본 것이다.
친자연적 삶을 중시한 그들이 만든 옷과 그릇 등에 자연에서 영감을 얻은 무늬와 재료가 잘 나타나 있다. 공동체가 하나가 되는 춤과 의식은 원주민들의 세계관을 또한 잘 보여주고 있다.
