Facing Weight Gain & A Few Hard Decisions - Life Alone Over 60

I go in-depth about how I live as a single woman living alone. I am a new homeowner and taking on a new life - facing issues of low self-esteem, being hard on myself, downsizing or moving, and tackling issues of loneliness, loss, worry, and anxiety. My doctor told me older women can be so hard on themselves... angry for all the things they can no longer do or swallowed up at times with regret......and I thought long and hard about this. So I wanted to show a slice of my life and share how I cope.
