After moving to Germany and living in Germany, I learned that Germany hosts the world's largest gaming convention, Gamescom! As an American in Germany, I have tried to experience as much German culture as possible through visiting Germany's biggest festivals and sites. But, as a non-video game player, I had never heard about Gamescom 😅 That changed this year as I went to check out what this convention is like and how video games have changed since I last played them in the early 2000s 😊
