Welcome to this 30 Minute Daily Yin Yoga for Flexibility — a slow, soothing, minimal-cue practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and open your whole body with longer holds and deep stillness.
This class is simple, quiet, and meditative, making it perfect for daily use or anytime you need a deep stretch without a lot of talking. I’ll guide you into each pose, then give you spacious silence to drop inward, connect with your breath, and soften layer by layer.
