Hi my loves!❤️ I’m so happy to be back with a new What I Eat in a Day, something you’ve been asking for and something I truly love filming. As always, I’m sharing what works for me: simple, nourishing meals that keep me feeling good, strong, and happy without being restrictive. Every day looks a little different, but my focus is always on balance and enjoying my food. I’m also trying on some beautiful new pieces from WISKII, which has become one of my favorite activewear brands. Every piece is just stunning feminine, flattering, and so comfortable whether I’m working out, running around, or just relaxing at home. RECIPES FROM THE VIDEO:
Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp nut butter (any kind—peanut, almond, cashew)
• ½ cup frozen berries & 1 frozen banana
• 2 scoops protein powder (your choice)
• 1 tsp hemp seeds
• A few ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor) - mine is unflavored (I use SPROUT living)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust thickness with more almond milk or ice as needed.
4. Pour, sip, and enjoy!
