Ingredients
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 lb long (sitaw) beans, cut into 2-3 inches long
1 1/2 lb pork belly, cut into small cubes
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 thumb size ginger, grated
6 pieces siling labuyo, chopped
2-3 tbsp bagoong alamang
1 cup water
400 ml coconut cream (kakang gata)
1/2 tsp ground pepper or to taste
1 tbsp fish sauce or to taste
1 tsp brown sugar or to taste
1 cup finger chilies
