THeMIS: The Future of Military Operations is Unmanned

The military is increasingly turning to unmanned platforms to perform a variety of tasks. From reconnaissance and surveillance to logistics and combat, unmanned platforms are being used to keep human operators out of harm's way while still achieving mission objectives. While UAVs have been used in the military for several decades, unmanned ground vehicles and unmanned maritime vehicles are becoming increasingly prevalent.

So, in this video, let's take a closer look at one of the more popular UGVs out there – the Tracked Hybrid Modular Infantry System, or THeMIS.
