The song was originally released on “The Loner And 13 Other Rod McKuen Songs Of Love And Loneliness” album released in 1966 copyright RCA Victor. I also appeared on numerous other greatest hits and live albums and was covered by many famous artists including Neil Diamond, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra and Barbra Streisand.
