This is an alternative option to the traditional country train drum beat set at 100 bpm that is created to be in an instrumental play along style with slightly rockin music to maybe help you feel it a little better. This video is meant to represent warm-up style exercise or practicing independence with your hands on the downbeat. Really the most important thing is to have fun but also experiment with different sounds inside the same groove and the feeling it takes to make this groove really work for you comfortably. Its also important to practice never stopping the foot from keeping the tempo..plenty of little challenges inside a simple groove. As you can see or hear the original Train beat never stops, it just moves around to different pieces and places on the kit.
