Winterly midday commute from Kongsberg to Eidsvoll in Norway is shot on a cold January day as we are boarding VYs local service in eastern Norway.
Kongsberg Station is located on Sørlandsbanen, from there we will make our way to Drammen, Oslo, Oslo Airport Gardermoen and then the historic Eidsvoll Station.
Top speed between Kongsberg and Asker is 130 km/h. Top speed between Asker and Oslo S is 160 km/h. From Oslo S to Eidsvoll we will reach speeds up to 200 km/h.
The service is named L12 wich stands for Local Service number 12. The train we are using is a Flirt Type 75 made the famous swiss company: Stadler.
