According to research conducted by Ascend, a non-profit organization, Asian American glass ceiling is almost four times than the ones for women. For Asian women, there’s a double-penalty. White male is still 42% more likely than white female to become executive leaders in Silicon Valley tech companies, but 260% more likely than Asian women. The stats struck me hard. And I genuinely hope that through my effort, along with many passionate allies, we can decrease the 260% in the near future.
