Truck Camping Rattlesnake Catch and Cook Curry

In this episode, my dog Preacher and I head to Okeene, Oklahoma, for our second Rattlesnake Roundup and a little catch and cook. Well, the first part of it anyway. We’re there to grab meat for a future cook, and I get invited to process one myself—something we filmed and carefully edited for those not wanting to see that kinda stuff.
After the roundup, we truck camp at a quiet lake nearby. Later on, I head to my in-laws to cook a rattlesnake curry for family, using the back of the truck as my kitchen. The Instapot dies halfway through, but somehow kicks back on while I’m out buying a new one.
