Hostess Amy Elizabeth arrived in Tulsa in May 2023 armed with the knowledge that Tulsa had a vibrant music scene and a rich musical history. She quickly immersed herself into the local scene, checking out live, local music almost every night of the week. Saying “ I couldn't get enough of the music Tulsa was turning out!”.
In early 2024, she had an idea to do a podcast featuring local musicians. Saying “ I wanted to provide an avenue for these incredible bands to promote their music. And because I couldn't get enough of them, I wanted to be able to interview them as well and find out the inspiration, the stories etc … behind their songs”
