As you probably might already know, Minebuster is receiving a massive re-track/refurbishment this off season. Although the company is still unknown for the re-track, what I do know is that there are signs of reprofiling happening to the layout that has already been ripped up. The first out portion of the out/back layout has had over 1000ft ripped up and some of the structure was marked for removal with spray pain a few weeks ago hinting at reprofiling of the layout. I believe that Gravity Group will come in and put Pre-cut Track on Minebuster to make the coaster smoother and they will bring back the third airtime hill to give the coaster two new airtime moments rather than one long drawn-out hill as well as make the first drop steeper. The have been proven to do this on other coasters such as the Beast at Kings Island, Grizzly at Kings Dominion, and Wildcat at Lake Compounce, all of which have has either their drops steepened in the process of addition airtime moments added for extra thrill. This concept is what I think will happen to Minebuster and I am predicting it will be Gravity Group!
