Coffe sponge recipe
Flour 1 cup(200)ml
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Sift well
Coffee mix
Instant coffee powder 2 tablespoon
Milk 4 tablespoon
Mix well
Egg 4
Sunflower oil 2 tablespoon
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 cup
Beat egg. Add vanilla essence, sugar powder,and oil .Beat well until become fluffy
Add coffe mix and sifted flour.
Bake at 160 degree for 30 minutes
