History:

Basically, a modern piercing developed in the late 80s or early 90s.

Pros:
extremely rare piercing
Different combinations
fits the anatomy and flow of the ear
can be added to an existing piercing
Established Piercing

Cons
have to have Anatomy
the ring needs to be long enough to allow for flatness
an Advance Piercing must be skilled
Limited to circular jewelry
a difficult heal
