1. The Demanding Boss will demand access to your seal and journal so they can notarize documents anytime they wish… for any purpose.

2. The Sneaky Spouse will try to get forged signatures, supposedly from their partner, notarized to hurt their unwitting spouse.

3. The Real Estate Thief may dupe a Notary into making unrecorded notarizations as part of fraudulent transactions.

4. The Elder Abuser will coerce older relatives into signing Power of Attorney documents with your notarization.
