Ingredients
 • 1/2 cup farro
 • 1 1/2 cups water
 • 1 apple, diced
 • 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
 • Optional: nuts, pinch of salt
Instructions
 1. Rinse farro and simmer in water for 20 minutes.
 2. While it cooks, sauté apples with cinnamon and rosemary.
 3. Combine apples with cooked farro.
