Waiting out the weather for 6 days in Proserpine QLD we finally had a break in the weather and decided to attempt the trip again, It was a calm day and in reaching Dugong Beach , we slept in the boat in the bay but overnight it became very windy and very rough and we did not sleep well, in checking the updated weather report it was decided to return the Airley Beach and not pursue other islands
