SOLIDWORKS 2024 - Display Units in Custom Properties

Creating Custom Properties is a popular method to enter, modify, and read data in SOLIDWORKS. In SOLIDWORKS 2024, Custom Properties has been enhanced to allow the user to display units as a text. This video demonstrates this new enhancement to SOLIDWORKS functionality.
As shown in the video, this enhancement was implemented in response to a SOLIDWORKS user requesting this functionality by submitting an Enhancement Idea to the SOLIDWORKS Enhancement Ideas Community ( https://www.solidworks.com/enhancements ). The community is moderated by the SOLIDWORKS Product Definition team and is an element of our annual research. The goal of this research is to understand which enhancements to SOLIDWORKS products are most important to our users. This understanding is then used to help guide the development of the many enhancements that go into each release of SOLIDWORKS.
