And even if we resolve to always assert/assume that VPP means either Virtual Power Plant or Virtual Peaking Plant, we still do not know if our VPP is aggregated at all, aggregated by the utility or only "merely" vaguely orchestrated by consumers responding to price signals from dynamic pricing.
